THE Cool Llama
FRESH HAND CUT LLAMA
Picture this; a rich creamy white sauce, feta cheese, spinach, then a
generous helping of fire grilled extra lean Llama meat. We hand cut our
Llama, season it with our secret spices then marinade it in ice cold
moose milk overnite. Then it is grilled over flaming balsa wood to give
it a unique flavor only we can bring you. Yum!
My Ark
Have trouble on deciding WHAT MEAT TO EAT?
Then we have a solution, the Ark. Just like Moses did on his
famous voyage after God ruthlessly drowned all of humanity, you can
experience the animals in two's. That is a double helping of every
single meat we are currently serving. Elk, Moose, Wombat, Elephant,
Aardvark & more. This is a big pizza, 2 1/2 Kilograms of a zoo full
of flavor. Top it with some Havarti cheese & you'll be sailing the
sea's of cheese.
Caliente
Spanish for "OUCH THAT'S HOT"
This pie is
hot! Spicy Possum sausage, hot pepper jack cheese, & a full pound
of Habanero, Jalapenjo & Guatamalin Insanity Peppers will have you
reaching for the Horseradish dip to cool it down. This pizza is so
spicy that we don't even need to cook it. The heat from the peppers
naturally cooks the dough to perfection. Youch!
THE Cobra Koi
Exotic flavor is an understatement!
This is a wonderful crispy crust
pizza. A wafer thin crispy dough holds a bounty of grilled King Cobra
meat & Japanese Ornamental Koi. To our knowledge there is no one
else in the US that offers a combination of this snake & fish on a
pizza. A flavor you have to experience. (safety note: Cobra meat might
contain poisonous venom that could cause paralysis or death)
